Get the training you need to perfect that swing for the majors. With speeds ranging from 40 to 90 mph, we’ve got the training you need year ‘round. Or, just come have fun with your family and friends. Baseball or softball, take your pick. No need to bring a helmet or bat, we’ve got the equipment. (if you’re really attached, you can bring your own.)

• Batters must be at least 6 years old
• Helmets with face guard required
• No cleats
• Closed-toed shoes a must
